Magnia is the name of her planet.In a place where vampires roam free and parents tell scary human stories to their children,Hikaris father and her mother founded a school for vampires and creatures alike.The main species are pure vampires,but there are subspecies,different type of magical creatures turned into vampires.

Weapon (if any), magical items, or pets: A spirit bird that lives in her and sometimes comes out.It's a cristal phoenix that is really shy so she comes out and goes back into her really fast.

Abilities : She looses control and gives into the Fire God Vesper(who is actually the phoenix bird) in that for she controles fire and can fly but her speed is small even so she is very hard to get close to attack.Best attacks are long range but deadliest are close range.

Personality : She is very sweet and loves everybody.She loves making new friend but since only she can see Vesper she often seems like she's talking to herself.Since she can't control her powers very well she has a bad habit of setting things on fire .For instance if she draws something and gets too happy she'll burn it to ashes,when a boy compliments her she aither sets him or herself on fire and things like that,but she never gets down about it.
She acts as the younger sister of Hikari even though she's the older one so she ends up getting comforted by Hikari a lot. Nobody is allowed to touch her cute little sister so when anybody touches her she uses her power to separete them from her but only ends up getting a beating from Hikari.
She's afraid of the dark so she screams and cries if she's left alone in the dark and she looses control and shit get's real.She burns everything not seeing if what she's burning is Human or not,friend or foe,real or not.Everything gets burned to a crisp.

Bio : When she was 10 it was The Age of Turning(which meand Utau was going around turning magical cratures into her vampire subjects thus creating a world ruled by her and vampires) In Vespers(the godess of fire) attempt to save herself she burned many houses and human villages down from the sky,sadly Phoenixes house was hit as well.Her familly died and she ws badly burned.As she was runing away she lost her strenght and fell when she heard a voice she looked up to see the godess in her human form saying that she will merge with her,heal her wounds and make sure she is safe.
After thei merging she took Phoenix to a man who had a small daugher(Hikari) who was cursed by the water god Asrabeh.She explained the situation and the Man promised to keep her safe so he adopted her.
When she woke up she couldn't remember anything exept that she was runing and was sudenly there.
She was a great student but often slept in class which got her into many bad situations.She was studying to be a Spell Caster so that one day she could remove the curse from Hikari's eye and free herself from Vesper.
She didn't know that Utau sent many Night Spirits and many Spell Casters to find Vesper through the years. SInce she was small she saw horible images of the Night Spirits and many spells that tried to rip her apart so when it was night and the spells went to work she was bound and tortured by the spirits to release Vesper who would be bbound with the spells. She was mentaly and physicaly abused but Hikari never knew that she only knew that sometimes Phoeny would craw into her bed and sleep there.
Phoeny had intensive training with Hikari to control their curses.It would be a battle royale viewed by the entire school as a festival held once a year.The best of the best would fight against them and they would decide if they pass or fail.Since Hikari was mostly skille in Hand to Hand combat Phoeny was the oposite so they completed eachother.

Dislikes : Anyone who get's touchy with Hikari, Dogs and Pure Blood Vampires(since she lost everything to Utau) ,the dark and dark people 

Additional Information : When she's in full fighting form she can't tell right from wrong so get out of her way and let her cool down.If somehow someone could manage to give her an order she would follow it to the letter in this form she is the perfect soldier(doesn't complain and does what she is told)
